Her Story
A Lifetime Devoted to Music
Karen Wylie has dedicated over 40 years to the art and joy of music education. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Karen brings both deep academic training and a lifetime of performance experience to every lesson.
Based in Tyler, Texas, she has guided students from their very first note to confident, expressive performers. Her studio has been a place of growth, discovery, and genuine musical joy for hundreds of young musicians across East Texas.
Karen's warmth and patience make her studio a safe space for students of every level and every age — from the young beginner just discovering music to the adult learner preparing for performance.
